The Department
This post sits within UWL’s Campaigns Team which focuses on creating effecting advertising campaigns to recruit prospective students for both undergraduate and postgraduate study. The team also produce positive and engaging promotional material to support the University. The Team is part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department which also includes the Communications, Events, Recruitment, Digital and Admissions Teams.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and who will enjoy working on a variety of projects to support the university recruitment strategy.
As a Marketing Officer, you will plan, implement, manage and report on a range of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across both undergraduate and postgraduate activity.
This role is a fixed term position for one year, starting on 9 June 2025.
The Person
You will have extensive experience of working in marketing and organising campaigns. We are looking for someone with excellent advisory and interpersonal skills, aswell as excellent copy writing skills and attention to details. You will need to have the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative, and experience of analysing and reporting on data is essential, as is a flexible, proactive approach.
